Warranty<\/strong><\/p>

10-year manufacturer\u2019s warranty.<\/strong><\/p>

By purchasing an Ansch\u00fctz Optics product, you have chosen a high-quality optical product manufactured by ahg-Ansch\u00fctz Handels GmbH.<\/p>

Consumer Protection Rights<\/strong><\/p>

This warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. It provides additional rights alongside your statutory consumer and warranty rights, which are not limited by this warranty. If a product is defective, consumers may continue to exercise their statutory warranty rights free of charge, particularly those arising under the applicable consumer protection laws.<\/p>

Products and Personal Scope of Application<\/strong><\/p>

This warranty applies worldwide to all Ansch\u00fctz Optics products purchased new by consumers. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. The original proof of purchase must be provided when making a warranty claim.<\/p>

Scope of the Warranty<\/strong><\/p>

We provide a 10-year warranty on the optical system, mechanical components, and all other parts of the following riflescope series:\n\u2022\tAir Pro\n\u2022\tPerformance Pro\n\u2022\tClassic Pro\n\u2022\tClassic\n\u2022\tTarget Pro (KK50)<\/p>

All other products within the Ansch\u00fctz Optics product range are covered by a warranty of at least two (2) years.<\/p>

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase under the following conditions:<\/p>

In the event of defects caused by material or manufacturing faults, we will cover the material costs within the warranty period. We reserve the right to repair, service, or replace the product or defective components at our discretion. In the case of changes to the product range or adjustments affecting the availability of currently offered products, we reserve the right to repair defective products or replace them with equivalent models.<\/p>

Exclusion of Warranty<\/strong><\/p>

Ansch\u00fctz Optics does not provide a warranty for damages caused by improper use, incorrect operation, negligence, accidents, or any other intervention in the product by unauthorized persons.<\/p>

The warranty also becomes void if damage is caused by the use of attachments or accessories that are not approved. Furthermore, all parts subject to natural wear and tear are excluded from the warranty, such as carrying straps, eyecups, protective caps, rubber parts, batteries, cleaning cloths, etc.<\/p>

Claims Procedure<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your Ansch\u00fctz Optics product, or contact us directly with the relevant documents.<\/p>

Warranty services can only be provided if you, as the original purchaser, have a valid proof of purchase\/invoice with the purchase date. Products without proof of purchase cannot be covered under this warranty. In such cases, we will prepare a cost estimate and send it to you for approval of repair.<\/p>

For shipments from abroad or non-European countries, the sender is responsible for proper import handling regarding customs duties or taxes.<\/p>

The sender bears the shipping costs, especially postage and freight charges.<\/p>

This warranty is provided by: <\/strong><\/p>

ahg Ansch\u00fctz Handels GmbH, Raiffeisenstr. 26, 89070 Ulm, Germany, represented by Managing Director Uwe Ansch\u00fctz.<\/p>
